       This data base compiles a register of images and texts (prints and manuscripts) concerning the reception of French architecture: texts mentioning and describing the major edifices (topographies, cosmographies, accounts of festivities or ceremonial entries involving architectural décors, trip diaries, ambassadors' accounts…). It is organised as an anthology of images and transcribed texts.
