Transcription « Tra questo colle e la Saona è un lunghissimo borgo, molto bene abitato, nel mezzo delquale sulla via corrente si vede un’antica sepoltura senza alcuna iscrizione ; si vede però che non è cosa moderna all’architettura, nè di privata persona alla spesa. » = “Between this hill and the Saone is a very long, densely populated town, in the centre of which, on the main road, there is an antique tomb with no inscription; one can however see by the way it is constructed that it is not modern and that it was made for a rich person.”
