Transcription « dentro in la terra vi è un anfiteatro ruinato, dell qual [26] però si vedeno alcune parte in piè, e l’ambito tutto : mostra esser stato molto più grande di quel di Burdeos. » = “There is, partly buried in the ground, a ruined amphitheatre, no part of which remains standing. The entire circumference is however visible and it appears to have been much bigger than the one at Bordeaux.”
